Jay Mohr and Daphne Zuniga have signed on to star in the holiday original, Christmas Do-Over for ABC Family.
Variety describes the film as a Groundhog Day-style pic where a shallow advertising executive is forced to relive Christmas Day over and over until he makes some real changes to his life. Tim Thomerson, Adrienne Barbeau and David Millbern are also part of the cast.
Catherine Cyran will direct Christmas Do-Over from a script by Jennifer Heath and Michele J. Wolff; it will air during the 25 Days of Christmas on ABC Family.
