Hi Johnor, if you are trying to access your MSN mail through Firefox it won't work for some reason. I too use FF and it does the same thing to me. You have to use Internet Explorer to get to your MSN mail. Hope this helps.

What a terrible problem .... I'm very surprised that even firefox is not working for you (it's what I always use)
Have you tried deleting all of your temporary/offline internet files, and cookies?
To delete offline files (in XP): start - all programs - accessories - system tools - disk cleanup - check temporary internet files and offline webpages.
To delete Cookies in IE - Tools - Delete Browsing History
These probably won't work but are worth a try.

The same thing happened to my daughter. She likes to use MSN browser and she couldn't even access it. So she did some investigating and found that Internet Explorer did an update and that was causing her problems. She went into her files and deleted the lastest update and was able to access her msn browser and email.

Is a firewall possibly blocking it?

That may possibly be the case ,as updates can sometimes do that. WHY IE would make update's that mess up your computer is beyond me . :roll eyes:

That could be the case too.
I submitted her problem to a computer help forum I'm in that has helped me out of a few jam's before and I'm waiting on a response.
