Are you making fun of the shape of my head? I occasionally leave just for a few moments to clear out the list of new posts. It's an easy way to find which ones I want to read first. Something I would like to have Jeff change is the default checkmark in the "Notify me when reply is posted" box. I don't want all those emails.

you can uncheck that option in your user cp or profile thingy. also, see at the bottom of this page? you can click on "stop watching this post" which you will need to do to any new threads you post to after you have unchecked the box.

What's the deal with EW? She pops in and out more than an undecided baby. Probably whipping up some delicious concoction, like Chef MacGyver.
