My son is almost 20, and will be graduating in May from a local technical school, with a degree in Video and Motion Graphics. He hopes to do animation, designing video games etc. For now he's been working odd jobs through a temp agency, to get through school.
BUT...he just landed a part-time job with the Madison Mallards, a local baseball team (farm team for some major league team, not sure). It's on a per-game basis, he'll be video taping the games, and editing the video. He is thrilled! It's not much money, but the experience is wonderful, and will look great on a resume. Hopefully this may open the door to bigger and better things for him.

EXCELLENT! Happy to hear that he can do something in his field so soon regardless of wage, etc. My son graduates in May with a History major/criminal justice...wants to go to law school. My other son just lost his job last week at an advertising agency. Not an easy road for sure for any of these young adults or for anyone for that matter these days. So congrats on the positive news from your neck of the woods!:???:
