I have just added a classic 80's TV series to my DVD collection, i have just picked up the first season of 'Coach' for less than $6.00 on DvD, I watched a few episodes when it was on late night over here and found it quite funny; and i was not let down with the first disc of season 1

Never much cared for Coach, myself... but I did get a tour of the set when I was a guest at the Universal lot in 1991...

What a deal, ScottCalvin! I've only seen a few episodes of the show, but I did think it was funny.

Coach was my family's favorite show. The writing and the cast were perfection.
I love watching their Christmas shows.

You got a great deal on the DVD.

I enjoyed the Coach Series too. I remember it was about how he shape the young lives of his basketball team. If I am not correct.

I used to love The Fall Guy in the 80's with Lee Majors. I remember wanting to be on the show so I could fall from a building.

Well, until my Dad made me help him shingle the roof and knocked me off while grabbing for a beer. The good news is my head regained it's shape eventually and I'm quite comely now. According to my Mommy, anyway.

It was football actually. I used to watch it and enjoyed it very much. I used to want to live in his cabin, looked like such a beautiful place to live.

Cheers was the best 80's tv show hands down!! And a close second would've been Family Ties! And a distant third was Growing Pains...

I love 80's sitcoms. It's what I grew up with. I realize most of them weren't really all that great, but it's the nostalgic aspect of it for me. Coach was alright, but I loved The Facts of Life, Alice, and Golden Girls the best.
