Yes, they are at my parents house. In one of them I refused to smile. I think I was 6 years old in that picture and I remember that day. I just did not want to smile. Not sure what was up with me, lol. I guess I was nervous or something.

When I was about four or five years old, my parents had my photo taken with a Santa Claus at a shopping center. It's a black-and-white Polaroid. Santa's beard isn't very convincing, and (in retrospect) he's about the grimmest-looking ol' Santa I've ever seen! I'm all smiles, decked out on a plaid winter coat and white hat.

And I almost forgot---when I was five months old my dad dressed up as Santa for my brother. I have a photo of me on Dad/Santa's lap with my brother sitting beside us. His face seems to say, "I wonder if he REALLY knows if I've been good or bad ..." While Dad was in costume, he also had a photo taken of Mommy kissing Santa Claus, which I treasure.

A collection of our "on Santa's lap" pictures would make a fun photo gallery, wouldn't it? cheesy

I have one of me when I was three. I had one made of DD last Christmas when she was three. I put them beside each other. We have the same haircut!!

I have one at my mom's from when I was about 1, I think. My brother and I didn't smile, we just had these blank stares. After that I'm sure that we had others taken and they are floating around somewhere. My friends and I used to go and get our picture taken with Santa so here's a couple of those from the 90's! The first one is of me and my friend Sharee in like 1994, the second on is me in 1988 and the thrid is me and my friend Kim in 1993.

I have one of me when I was 5 and then last year when I turned 5 (5+0) I sat on Santa's lap again. I even have a picture of Santa sitting on my lap.

My parents had many pictures of me but there is none with me sitting on Santa's lap.
It is surprising because Santa was a big part of my Christmas as a child. There's none of my brother either so I guess my parents just never thought to have one taken.

When my kids were small my Dad dressed up like Santa. I should have sat on his lap and had my picture taken. I would have treasured that picture.
