Hubby and I went to Cracker Barrel restaurant today and in their gift shop they had lots of really nice Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving and fall decorations!!! I love the type of decorations they have in stock. We go there a lot just to shop and not eat, lol.
If you have a Cracker Barrel restaurant nearby be sure to check it out. Search their website for a location near you.

I like their shop too! I find it hard to say Cracker Barrel sometimes, it usually comes out Crackel Barrel! I end up sounding like Barbara Walters.

I love Cracker Barrel. We have one about twenty miles away, but I don't drive, so never get over there.

When I first joined these forums and saw pictures of how you decorate your home for Christmas it reminded me of decorations I seen for sale at Cracker Barrel. (I think I may have already told you this, lol). My husband and I go to every possible place that sells Christmas goodies all over the city and Cracker Barrel is still my favorite place. They have the nicest stuff!

Thank you. I love the country stuff and my whole house is like that. There is a rest stop on the Pa. Turnpike in Breezewood and I like to go there to shop. They have a little country store right inside and they have Christmas stuff out and fall/halloween. They also have lots of regular country stuff out and the last time I was there (just a couple weeks ago) I bought 2 candles for my windows.

CB is my FAVORITE (one of my kids used to call it "Crackle Barrel")! I love browsing their shop whether I buy anything or not... but seems like mostly I break down and fork out the dough.

I was there eating breakfast with my Mom yesterday and they had some of the neatest Fall and Halloween and Christmas stuff! I am definitely going back to look around, they have some unique things.

I enjoy browsing their store. Not really keen on eating there but we have when we can not find anywhere else to stop.
I love the rocking chairs they have outside at the front of the restaurant/store.

I live about 20 minutes from a Cracker Barrel. I like to eat there every now and then. I find (at least the one by my house) they have Christmas stuff all year round. It just seems to expand as it gets closer to Christmas.

I never used to eat there as a kid but I definitely love it now.
I don't eat there very much though.
Browsing those decorations is sooo neat though!

I don't go there often, but I just love to browse through their store. It has such a pleasant atmosphere and they have the neatest stuff. My only complaint is they changed the recipe a few years ago on their macaroni and cheese and it isn't nearly as good as it used to be. I love their chicken and dumplings and their pot roast.

I too am a fan of Cracker Barrel. However, I've never bought anything. I've always been there either with no extra cash or on a road trip while people want to get back on the road.

Here in Canada, Cracker Barrel is a brand of cheese.

So, to hear you all going to the "cheese" restaurant sounds weird. :)

I've been to the store and I've had the cheese too! CB is my 4-year-old nieces favorite place to eat. DH loves their chicken & dumplings. I ususally get the meatloaf sandwich & onion rings. DD gets a veggie plate.
There was a CB in my hometown and it was closed to build a new one 15 minutes away---they could have both stayed open and done well, but, of course, there were corporate excuses. I've don't usually send e-mail to complain (only 2 in my 36 yrs. of living), but I did this time. Standard response.
I said I'd never go back and I didn't for almost a year, until I was already in the vehicle with someone wanting to go. I still only go a few times a year. The aforementioned new CB is in the city I work in, on the other side of town---almost impossible to drive there, eat, and get back to work in less than an hour.
Anywho, we stopped at a CB in GA last week on our way home from a conference. They had some great fall and Christmas stuff in the country store. I just don't have room for anything else!
