While the American Christmas tends to dominate the media it is the British traditions of Christmas that really set the trends. It has been that way since, well, the beginning of Christmas. Christmas in England is a grand and festive occasion.

What is it with the cross dressing? It's funny as heck, but odd for a national pasttime. Monty Python, Benny Hill, John Inman... They're all hilarious. 8)
