Sounds like a remake of the same cartoon I used to watch when I was a kid. They even made a movie about it which starred Richard Thomas as Virginia's father. I have both versions on video. Would be interesting to see how this one fares...:smile:

I loved the one they did with Richard Thomas as the dad, it was so well done! I would like to find a copy of it, the only one I have was taped off tv when my kids where small.
Looking forward to seeing how this one turns out.cheesy

I will most definitely be watching this one! This is the first I've ever heard of this story, and it's actually a really original idea.

I remember the cartoon when it first came out. I so wanted a copy of it and I still do. I will watch the new one but I'm sure it won't be the same...remakes never are. :razz:
