I just wanted to share with you all that I am headed to Frankenmuth tomorrow for a girls' mini-vacay! Of course Bronner's is the main reason we're going. :D I actually live only about 1.5 hours away but haven't been there in years so I am uber excited! It's just my girlfriend and I and I am prepared for some crazy shopping! :D

Will take lots of pics to share when I get back on Saturday!

For those of you who don't know about Bronner's, click here (http://www.bronners.com/aboutus.html)!

sounds like a lot of fun, enjoy your mini vacation! I lived in Michigan my whole life up until several years ago and would you believe I have NEVER been to Bronner's?? I did go to Frankenmuth once with a church group, and that was fun, but we didn't go to Bronner's.

I'm hoping one year we can go to Frankenmuth. The past few years we've been taking a girl's mini-vacation. The first year we went to Ohio, last year we went to PA, and we are going back to PA this year and to NYC.

If your going up I-75 and pass the Palace, I would suggest perhaps a stop at Canterbury Village which is the exit just past Lapeer Rd. Its about 3 miles off the highway and their Christmas store is huge. It may not be as large as Bronners, but it is definitely worth a side jaunt.

We went there for the first time last weekend and spent several hours going through 3 levels of decorations - mostly ornaments, but very resonably priced and some very unique items. I found the ornament for the person I was paired up with for the ornament exchange there.

We're going back tomorrow night to see it all lit up and spend a little more time looking around.

Enjoy Bronners though. I've been there once and it was wonderful.

We almost stopped there on the way back home (I'm only about 20 minutes from there) but we decided to hold off because of how much we already spent at Bronner's. :D I am planning on going there with my sis next weekend though.

Frankenmuth was lots of fun--will be posting pics ASAP! Uploading them to my computer as we speak. :D

Have fun you lucky one!
I know all about Bronners.
I want so badly some stockings there (with names) but it
cost so much to send them to Norway.
I think I just have to go there my self! lol

Enjoy!!! :snowball:

Thanks for the link, Boogedy! I live in Maryland, and I'd never heard of Bronners. I looked around on their site for awhile, and found the window decorations I'd been looking for!
