edited to add: he is right

On August 8, 2005, President George W. Bush signed the Energy Policy Act of 2005. This Act changed the time change dates for Daylight Saving Time in the U.S. Beginning in 2007, DST will begin on the second Sunday of March and end the first Sunday of November. The Secretary of Energy will report the impact of this change to Congress. Congress retains the right to revert the Daylight Saving Time back to the 2005 time schedule once the Department of Energy study is complete

If 1/2 of Indiana can decide not to do it at all, we should be able to decide not to observe it if we don't want to. That's my story...

it seems silly

If I'm not mistaken, the rest of Injeeeana started observing daylight savings. I have a buddy out in Fort Wayne, I could ask him. At any rate, it's four AM right now and I should not be up.

The part I don't like about DST is I have over a hundred clocks to change AND I never remember how to change the clock in the car.

Changing daylight savings time, making a planet NOT a planet, wine is bad for you - wine is good for you....what do they do all day? Put up a dart board to make their decisions?

Supposedly it's saved countless dollars and resources in energy related areas. The idea itself is supposed to be one of Franklin's. In the scheme of things, it's a very minor frustration in the book of things that annoy Tony (did I just make a third person reference to myself? Self third person references annoy me more). Plus, since my VCR, computer, and cell phone all set themselves, I rarely get too screwed up by it.

Why? Are you a collector or do all the people in your town call you to change their clocks?

Christy Carol

Oh, sorry! Dubya decided it would help with conserving power if we had more daylight. Suppose to cut down on our heating bills...he needs to pay my a/c bill!!!!

I have to change the clock in dvdguys car because he can never remember how to do it and I do. This is what a well matched couple we are. I can do the things he can't and he can do the things I can't. Very very Symbiotic relationship.
