Just made some molasses cookies. Oh they are so yummy. They were rolled in Demerara sugar and baked til they get that pretty cracked surface. I made some for us and some for my sister-in-law's birthday today. Tasty tasty tasty....

Yeah, my wife can smell 'em too, which explains why she's nagging me to make her some gingersnap cookies. I have a recipe from some Mennonite friends that makes a huge batch of cookies. YUM!!!

Ya know I went grocery shopping yesterday and I thought I smelled molasses in the air.
