Two homes in my hood were hanging outside Christmas decorations today, taking advantage of the warm weather.

It's much harder to put out the docorations out when there is 2 feet of snow. Very smart!

so when the neighborhod kids go trick or treating on tuesday.... they will be greeted by santa rather than dracula??

halloween hasent even passed yet! and people are already decorating for Christmas!!! :o what do your neighbours say :o :-o

Halloween HAS to be over before I decorate for Xmas. Makes me feel bad for halloween lol, plus it doesnt seem "right". Lights are ok though, just to get them up in the mean time.

Nobody is complaining, the weather is so nice people want to get the decorations up, by Tuesday a cold front will be here.

by the way, i dont do halloween, so i dont see a problem with it, its just i have never known anyone to do this.

when i had my house, i had a great backyard. i would usually put up the xmas lights out there b4 halloween just because there were aboout 100 strings and it took for freaking ever to do!

sounds like a good idea to me since the weather can turn off so nasty up there so fast in the new few weeks. Even if they dont turn them on they wont have to worry with it later.

i saw a blow up snowman on the porch of someones apartment this weekend, it was lit and everything.

Mine will go up Friday or Saturday after Thanksgiving, depending on when my kids will be here to help.
