That was so odd because the last time I can remember that much snow in our area was the day before my brother was born and he is 16 now. lol.

I remember watching a Cowboys game in the early 90s where there was a lot of snow on the field. That is the game where Leon Lett cost the game by sliding on the snow and touching the ball (I'm sure you can find the clip on youtube).

I was hoping that all of this snow meant a mild summer (remember the summer back in 2007...I remember it being 75 degrees in mid July). Guess that was merely wishful thinking that we'd have another mild summer like that.

Yah, no such luck on that one. Its already blazing hot, but things are about to get a little cooler with some storms rolling in. If you're in the storm's reach, stay safe.
