Hello everyone!
Here's some "specs" of me, and something about Finnish christmas traditions etc.

So here we go..

Name: Laura Emilia
Birth: 3. June 1986, 20-years

Family: Parents, and 4 brothers
Pets: 2 cats and dog (tibetanspaniel)
Job: I'm studying for datanom (computer"world" is the head thing of that, if someone didn't know that, I mean, I really don't know how you say it "in english" :o)
Interests: Cars, sports, music, playing Sims 2 etc. etc. etc.
Hmm... what else can I tell of me... Well, maybe that's all for now, but if You want ask something more about me, then go ahead.

Welcome again, Laura! We are glad to learn of your customs and about Finland in general.

Your English is very well. Don't worry, we will ask you what you mean if we do not undestand.

I live in Alabama USA. We don't get much snow here. So, I like the phots that are posted of snow.

I do have a question, CEF. In another section we have started talking about how early it gets dark and how some folks get depressed because of it. In the winter there, how much daylight do you have? How does it affect people?

Actually, because we do have snow in here, so that helps a lot in dark days. But yeah, most of the people depress of it, but maybe not so bad. :-D

How much snow you get there on average?
East-Finland and North-Finland we have 60cm-90cm and Southwest-Finland 20cm-30cm.

wow great....

well never been in Finalnd but was planing to come this Christmas or New Year but decided to go to some nearer... :-D
and what i ve seen and know about Finland it must be great there... really a Christmas place:)
