I just received (sometime last week) a huge box from my friend in California. It's late from Christmas, but we're always late sending our presents. That was so nice to see a big box of Christmas presents sitting on my porch. Loved unwrapping all the stuff. That's definately Christmas in July.

We started out as pen pals in 1984 when I was 12 and she was 14 and we are still writing to each other.

Are you sure they're late? Maybe they're really early for this year...

yep, it was late cause right after Chrismtas I sent mine to her and she replied saying that all of mine were wrapped and in the box, she just had to get to the post office. I think she has a very good excuse for being late this year. She adopted a little 3 year old boy from Russia last summer and this was their first Christmas and his birthday is right after Christmas, so that explains the first coupld of months, the rest is normal for us!
