My oldest JP got on the bus for the first time to go to school this morning. One big step towards growing up, his first time really being without mom or dad for an entire day. He was so excited about it today, and couldn't wait to get on the bus. His little brother on the other hand saw him get on and started to cry, I could only calm him down by putting the Frosty the Snowman DVD on for him. The camera is getting old and doesn't focus great all the time anymore.

Look what a big boy he is !!! Awwwwwwwwww and his brother hugging him !!!! I know this is a BIG step for you and your family as well as for JP ! In no time he will LOVE going to school and you will be used to it. Take courage, I am sure it will get easier !

awww ... my oldest daughter will be riding the bus for the first time next school year.

Its a big step in a little boy's life (and also a big step for mommy and daddy too)! Seriousy...that brought tears to my eyes. And the pic of your boys hugging sure tugged at my heart-strings! Thnk you for sharing that with us!!!

That's such a big step and he looks so proud !

I remember my first day going to first grade. I changed from the small village kindergarden to a BIG school with my sisters. And I was very shy and frightened but at the same time proud to be a big girl.

Congratulations to him, that is such a big step!
It feels just like yesterday when I dropped him off at pre-school for the first time, that was 2 year ago already, I am getting old fast lol
