Things are kicking into high gear up at the north pole. Santa is still gone on his secret mission but is checking in daily with his head elves. The workshop is running 18 hour days and will soon be going to 24 hours a day. The elves still get Sunday off to spend with their family's. They have also cut back to one cookie break every two hours. The stables are overflowing with baby reindeer that are just starting to train along with the main 2 teams. The main reindeer team and their back ups are doing 3 a day workouts and flying for 4 hours a day. Mrs. Claus is busy with the kitchen team getting all of the candy ready for Santa to fill the stockings with. They are testing out some new flavors of candy canes like root beer and egg nog. The engineering team is hard at work putting the final touches on Santa's new sleigh. They can't wait until he gets back and takes it out for a test drive. The mail room is seeing a higher than normal rate of letters so far this year. They say that kids are definitely catching the Christmas spirit earlier this year than they have in previous years. The wrapping department is falling a little bit behind because of some vendor issues but they hope to have that all worked out soon.
