He was in severe stomach pain. He was just screaming in pain. Doubled over. We don't know what was wrong. They took 4-5 X-rays and they showed absolutely nothing. Some of my Facebook friends thinks it was "wind"...but it wasn't. It only hurt him when he stood up. It was so weird and we were so worried about him.
They gave him a muscle relaxer and that helped him immensely. He slept all night...right by me. We're suppose to help him remain quiet today. yeah, can't see that happening. He's already riding his little scooter this morning. But he is resting and watching tv in between rides. I let him ride his scooter in the house. Anyway, it was a very scary evening. I'm just thankful he's pain free right now.

I have a daughter with "nervous stomach" and I have already been called twice this week by the school for her being in the nurses office crying. A stomach ache can be a very painful thing and I hate to see these kids hurting! I'm saying a prayer for you and Nathan because I know you'll worry about him. Could he have had an actual cramp in his stomach muscles? I've had one and it was more painful than child birth. Not just normal stomach cramps from food that didn't agree, gas, whatever, but a true stomach muscle cramp. Hope he's feeling better!

It is so scary when your little one is sick and having to go to the ER. My son has asthma and we have been to the ER many times with it.
I hope he gets better soon!

sorry to hear that Linda. I will keep You guys in my prayers!!! Maybe it was really a muscle cramp....now we all know how painfull they are in the legs and everything....so I can imagine how terrible one in the stomach would be.

I can't express how much your prayers and warm thoughts have meant to me. God's woman of faith and power here...giggle...but my poor baby was in so much pain I was nearly in a panic myself.
God gave me the best husband in the world. He came in and saw the situation and said, "Come on, we're going to the ER NOW!!!" I was so relieved. I do thank the Lord for taking care of all of us. I trust Him ever so much more.
My little Nathan was so sick and scared. But after the pain left, he calmed, his blood pressure calmed and everything is okay. I'm so grateful.
I couldn't help but wonder what would his Christmas be like. What if they found something "more" in his xrays and we'd have to go to St Judes or something scary. My sweet little boy. I admit to being slightly terrified.
But you know what? He's done so well today. Anyway, thank you for your warm thoughts and prayers and your very supportive comments. Thanks so much yall.

My NayNay!!
He was playing "peek a boo" underneath my chair at a birthday party for my stepmom. We had the best time!! This was taken this past Saturday! Do you see how blue those little eyes are? He's so precious!!!
