This is an animated 16" Santa that has on red crushed velvet pants with suspenders and swings his hips back and forth to 'Jingle Bell Rocks"

Ok, my question is...do any of yall have one? I have one but have lost the a/c adapter that came with it and cannot find one to make it work. So I was wondering if someone here did have one can you tell me what volt adapter it takes??

Could you perhaps tell us the manufacturer? If you look real closely at it it might actually say on the base somewhere. If you know where to buy another, you could always go and sneak a peak at it.

Rock Santa Collectibles (looks like they are no longer in biz)

I am checking them out on Ebay and thought about asking a seller what size but I think that would be rude of me since I dont intend to purchase.

Can't hurt to ask. Maybe you'll find someone with the Christmas spirit!

I did...maybe they won't be a grinch. :D

And if its not an adapter I can find or use I will purchase the one they have for sale!

If you don't find one I'd get a universal adaptor at Radio SHack and start at the a lower volt setting. I would think these animated things take 12v dc

Thanks! Ya know I didn't even think about that option. I am thinking either I used to have one or my mom did. Would probably be easier just to go buy a new one than to try and find it.

I have one and can't stand the thing. He sings at 110 decibels like a drunk Darth Vader, so when I pull him out of storage I'll send the whole shebang your way if you pm me an address.

Someone gave me a singing christmas tree once..I only needed to listen to it once. They make nice Goodwill donations

I have a singing Christmas Tree, he sings Oh Christmas Tree and says "how beautiful my branches". He sounds like Robert Goulet.

Ever see the singing wreath? I'm just not into that stuff and don't display them

They have that thing now that hides in your tree and just looks like eyes and a mouth. Nothing like creeping out your kids when they see the tree staring right back at them. You could put a little radio in there and start talking to them. Wanna candy cane, Billy? Boo!

I had (catch word had, he died a few years back) a mounted reindeer head that was animated and sang Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer.

I can hear the collective groan now. But I like it!!

Of course my sister also calls me and says she has the exact same Santa and told me the same. I had no clue she had one!!

But I took Sheep (thanks again!) up on his offer and accepted his so I should have his Monday and it is battery powered.
