Hi Christmas friends! I am trying to get ideas for my 14 month old for Christmas. She will be 15 months then, but that really won't be that big of a change. Other than getting her some new clothes, (which she has so many of) books (which she loves), and some new dvds with Mickey and that I kind of stuff, I am stuck. She has so many toys - she has a lot of educational toys and I usually don't buy them unless they are. I just don't know if there is really a point in buying her more toys since she can only play with so many at one time.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Well, my son is 18 months old and whilst I agree learning should begin at an early age, a child really should be able to be a'child'. You cant in my opinion buy her educational toys all the time, too much too young is not always a good thing...just my thought, im not having a go.
You could buy her dolls/prams/ toddler friendly pens, let her be creative. There is a lot of things you could get her and im the sort of parent that says there can never be 'too many toys':)

Thanks for the ideas Kellyann! She does have a few dolls, but there is actually a doll I have in mind already - the American Girl Dolls - I am going to get her one of the baby dolls. Also, we have been getting her some of the Crayola sets that if she would draw on something, it only shows up on the special paper that came with the markers, crayons, etc. Thanks for your help!

What about a baby bracelet, maybe have it engraved...Or a cross and chain....Something she can pass on someday to her little girl....:rudolph:
