To answer your questions.
Question 1: We are very casual on Thanksgiving.
Question 2: I have never made cranberry sauce. I have had homemade cranberry sauce but I actually LOVE the can jellied type the best. cheesy

We don't dress up for Thanksgiving. We used to dress up for Christmas Eve until we were grown up.
I've never made cranberry sauce, but I like it from the can! I don't like whole cranberries.

The women in my family always dress up, and my dad does as well, but I dress very casual. im all about comfort on that day because after dinner I hit the couch anyway for a nap. One thing we always do is go for an after dinner "walk off" so to speak,we take the dogs out for a long walk after we eat gives us a chance to burn off calories and see the changing leaves in the neighborhood.(this year looks like snow will be on the ground too!)

I don't when I go to my sister-in-law's, because we all help put up the outside Christmas decorations. I DO dress up to go to Mom's, but we dress up in CHRISTMAS clothes. At our house, once Santa goes by in the Macy's parade, it's Christmas.

No dressing up for us. We don't go in sweats or jammies or anything, but jeans & a sweater or nice sweatshirt. We also go for a walk after the meal! LOVE IT!!
I have never made cranberry sauce. Made a cranberry jello salad one year that was really yum!! :)

:gobble:At one time, i always got dresed up for Thanksgiving, but as I've gotten older, comfort is more what i have in mind. For quite a few years now, I';ve worn a nice pair of pants and sweater. Thats what i plan on wearing this year too.

Yes, when we were growing up it was a must to be dressed nice before going to the table for Thanksgiving dinner....When I married and had my kids we continued the tradition....

1) No, I don't dress up for Thanksgiving. I like to be comfortable, so it's usually jeans, t-shirt, socks, and slippers. We are a pretty casual family.
2) I don't make cranberry sauce, but my Bro makes cranberry salad at Christmas.

1.) It depends. If we're having anyone besides family coming over, I tend to dress up a little more. If it's just family, I'm going to be comfortable. Jeans and maybe a dressy shirt.
2.) No cranberry sauce as no one likes it in our family.

I was thinking cranberry sauce was the one thing (besides turkey) that HAS to be at the dinner table on TG... lol
