We have been hesitant to report bad news. Operation Merry Christmas has been in chaos from almost the very beginning with reindeer that wouldn't fly, a workshop that was behind, an outbreak of the Bah Humbug virus and with Santa Claus traveling far, far away from the North Pole. To top it off, we didn't have much snow here at the North Pole leaving everyone feeling, well, like it wasn't Christmas. Elf Gloria, of all people, took care of that for us and we're doing much better now.
