"Operation Be Nice" is underway! On day #1 of the event Elf Agent X reports that more than 3000 reports from Santa's Secret Spies were received -- all reporting good behavior, kind works of service and nice things that people are doing for others. Santa calls it a good start -- but much more is needed.
