Santa has never switched sleighs before in the middle of his Christmas trip. As the exchange was taking place Elf Billy asked him why he wanted a new sleigh and what was wrong with the one he was using, named earlier in the flight Felice. "There's nothing wrong with it," Santa said. "The seat doesn't have much cushion and my bottom hurts from sitting on it. That 1899 sleigh was the most comfortable I've ever flown and I wanted it for that reason." (As Santa said that Elf Quinton blushed and had his team of elves taking notes furiously during the meeting).
