Extras wanted for Collins' video
Cincinnati-based funk musician Bootsy Collins is looking for extras for a music video for his new single, "Be-With-You," from his new album, "Christmas is 4 Ever."
Collins is looking for men and women of all sizes and ethnic backgrounds who are at least 21 years old. Extras should dress to impress. The shoot will take place 6-10 p.m. Tuesday 11/21 at the 20th Century, 3021 Madison Road, Oakley.
The shoot will pay tribute to the late Roger Troutman. Troutman's band, Zapp, which continues to tour, will perform the song along with Collins. Other band members include members of two Dayton-based funk acts: Leroy "Sugarfoot" Bonner of the Ohio Players and Keith Cheatham of Sun.
