Downtime -- 12/13

Hi all,

Just to keep you updated about today's issues. A combination of factors slowed us down to a crawl today. The site never really went down but I've heard from plenty about access problems. We've been working on it all afternoon.

Today has been our highest traffic day ever. Even better than some past Christmas eve's we have had. That had something to do with it as well.

We've made some changes and will work through the night to keep things up. Hopefully we can avoid a repeat performance tomorrow.

I know one time yesterday that I was able to get on there were 20 guests. Just imagine if they all joined!
