normally, about this time every night, i have myself a cuppa cham. unfortunately, i forgot to get some more when i was at the store today so i had to do some serious digging to find another caff-free tea to drink. ended up finding some ORANGE SPICE.
just wanted to tell yall how fabulous my house smells right now! got some xmas tunes cranking as it just seemed appropriate with the smell! or maybe i should say AROMA!!

thats all. just sharing.

I'm not a fan of tea or coffee

Unless there is alot of sugar in it.... doesn't that defeat the purpose though?

Herbal teas are wonderful. My favourites are the red teas ie: blackcurrent, raspberry, cranberry. Very soothing. Echinacea and raspberry is lovely when you hab a code in your doze.

Very true about the cold issue. I'm allergic to lemons so I can't use that to sweeten my tea. The herbal blends are awesome for what ails ya. I use stevia occasionally to sweeten up the tea. It's a natural sweetener and safe for diabetics.
