Yes, a baby will make the season more special. I'm hoping to have both our sons home this year. Last year Adam spent the holiday in Wales with his girlfreinds family.

I plan to put up another large tree along with all my mini's. And I am sure another memory or two will be made as with every year.

Well, I'm hoping to be able to "slow" the season down. The last couple of years Dh and I have had so much going on and so many obligations that I felt we didn't actually get to "enjoy" the season. So, this year we're planning to minimize our Christmas obligations to only the ones that we really 'want' to do and we're planning to take a weekend trip to Chicago to see the stores, etc. decorated in their Christmas best.
Hopefully we'll be able to do it!

Giving and helping others more and focusing less on the commercial side. I love every aspect of Christmas but I"ve been spending too much time on the lighting projects, gift buying, and want to focus more on reaching out to those in need of a Christmas blessing.

My parents are 79 & 80 years old, so every Christmas spent at their house with all my brothers/sisters/nieces/nephews/great nephew (2 more "greats" by this Christmas) is a very special Christmas!

The fact that I'll be married! We spent last Christmas together at my moms, but this year we'll be married in our own new home and are inviting everyone to our place! It's a big deal because I'm the baby of the family and was, at one point, the black sheep. By Christmas '08, I'll be a 24-year old married co-homeowner with a successful career! GOSH!! I can't wait to decorate my house for Christmas!

What would make me this the best Christmas Ever for me would be to have both of my Grand Children home in Calfornia with my wife and I. That will be the Best Christmas Ever for me. :tree:

I have been working on how to make sure this Christmas is a great one, I started making Christmas cards for all those dear & near to me, & will have Christmas morning here with everyone this year.I will make brunch here after the last Christmas.
On the upside everyone was in the chat room to help me welcome Christmas, so I didn't have to be alone. Thanks again everyone who helped me through that night. Love you all.

What a great thread!!! Really thought-provoking.
This will be the greatest Christmas for me if I can really listen and "hear" what the people I love are saying to me. This requires that I be peaceful and calm and really really listen to them. I don't have to be physically with them - although that is the best!
I love reading everyones' answers!
