We usually have something different on Christmas. It varies every year but we usually don't have turkey.

We do ham at our house for Christmas. With turkey for Thanksgiving, we are ready to have something different for Christmas. And, actually, our big Christmas meal is on Christmas Eve. We started doing that several years ago when we decided we'd rather not spend so much time in the kitchen on Christmas Day. So, we have our *feast* on Christmas Eve and eat leftovers on Christmas Day (except for our traditional breakfast).

My mom likes to do a ham for christmas eve but, since we both get turkey's from work I try to talk her into making the turkey as well. I love turkey and Thanksgiving and Christmas are pretty much the only time of the year that I get to eat it so I like to have it for Christmas too. My mom's easy to convince. She rarely gets to cook now that my brother and I are grown so it doesn't take much to talk her into cooking for us!cheesy

Hubby loves ham for Christmas dinner. It doesn't matter to me so I do ham and sometimes have both, ham and a turkey breast.
