Deviled eggs are boiled eggs. Slice them in half, lenthwise pop out the yellows..Everyone makes them differently. I mix the yellows wtih some mayo, little mustard, just enough cream so they will mash,salt and pepper and just a touch of vinegar put them back in the egg white and I sprinkle some paparika on top. Since I'm in Tennessee(The South)They are usually at every big meal.
