I might have to give this a try. The one time I tried to cook squash it stunk up the house so bad that it took at least three or four days to fully air out and it tasted awful!! I just couldn't see why people would eat squash or even cook it if it was going to stink up the house!

Since then I've spoken with a few people who say that I probably just had a bad squash and should try it again.
