We usually buy a spiral sliced ham. We don't stick with a certain brand just what ever my BIL brings home. He is the head meat cutter at one of the local stores so he just gets whatever looks good to him. My sister usually sticks it on in the morning at 350 when she gets up at about 7. It is usually ready to go by 11:30 then. We are usually cooking about a ten pound ham and we pour 7up over it a couple of times while cooking to help with the saltiness.
