Nope...nothing secret about it. The key is brining 6-8 hours only and high heat for 30 min at the beginning of cooking. It's exactly Alton Brown's original Roast Turkey recipe. Here's the link:

Seriously the best turkey I've ever had (super duper juicy). We always have people over to eat it who say the same thing.
