My family will recover, I think, but I cannot help but worry about the rank & file of this company out there who were left high and dry without any notice this morning. We are in unbelievable times.
My prayers go out to all of those affected. It is a tough time right now and I have had several of the accounts that I call on close. My company has lost several of it's larger clients and I think we may lose another one at the end of our next cycle. That has led them to cut down the amount they pay us for mileage and we only get about a third of the amount of time in a store that we use to. I use to get about thirty hours of overtime every five weeks and now I barely get 35 hours a week with twice as many stores.
