I started to run with a program for people who are not used to running anything at all
i already notice it gets me fitter...
as i am fond of baking and cooking AND eating, i always tell myself i can get a little bit of most things, but never take 2. Mostly i get through this delicious times like that quite well.... and i always try to lose a lot of weight in Oktober and November, by just promising myself December will be GOOD :P
