Back in June of 2009 I went on Jenny Craig. It was really expensive but I lost 40+ pounds. I also started concentrating on cutting the fat and such down in my diet once I was off Jenny food. I reached goal weight in December of last year. It is coming up to 1 year this December. I would say it is constant vigilance, not giving all your favorites but balancing between a small amount and also activity helps. It also helps to really BELIEVE you can do it !!! And to take it in small increment goals such as 5 pounds at a time !!
