I think this a an awesome idea! My kids aren't old enough to pick out their ornaments yet. My daughter will be 2 this year from Christmas and she loves things like Dora, Pooh...that sort of thing. I am sure if they have an ornament with that, I could get her to pick one out. My son is just 2 months, so he isn't old enough. I will be getting an ornament though for each of them! I love your idea though!
