My middle one is a little wishy-washy about the whole thing. She just completed a month of clinical work at a nursing home. I think she had a bit of a hard time with some of the things she saw and had to do there. But we are gently encouraging her to keep going. She put so much time and hard work in to it already. And next year will be different. They will be in hospitals and she will get to see and do so much more with the clinical work. She may find her niche next year.
We'll see how it goes. I may be asking you for some advice one of these days!
As far as my youngest goes, she said there is no way she is going in to the medical field. Its definitely not for everyone. She is undecided but she still has some time, she will be a senior next year.
I will be here if you need anything! You're right, the medical field is not for everyone. I love it, but it takes the right person to.
Good for both of your girls. Tell them to keep up the hard work!
