"The ban reportedly also applies to Christmas decorations and displays on private property that might be seen by the public."

I find this disturbing, if it's confirmed. I hope things don't come to this point in the U.S. It would be the end of Christmas lights, yard displays, and trees in the front window. The ban is being positioned as a fairness measure, but it smacks of suppression when the mere sight of Christmas celebration on private property is prohibited.
