Super Bowl Food

What sort of foods do you make for Super Bowl? Does anyone have any recipes to share, any unusual foods that are not typical football fare that they make?

Buffalo Wings

I do homemade Buffalo Wings its really simple you will need:
2 bottles of Buffalo sauce (My preference is Texas Pete's Buffalo Sauce)
White Vinegar
Garlic Powder
Crushed Red Pepper
Optional habenero sauce
4lbs Chicken Wings (I have used frozen most of the time)
2TBS of butter

Put wings in a large bowl
In another bowl pour enough white vinegar to cover the bottom of the bowl with a quarter of an inch dump whole bottle of wing sauce in a few shakes of garlic powder and red pepper, and if you like HOT add 6-8 drops of habenero sauce stir and dump over wings cover bowl and shake over wings do that every few hours (the shaking)
let it marinate 12-24 hours in fridge

On a large cookie sheet with edges line it with aluminum foil and spray liberally with cooking spray, put wings single layer and bake 45 min at 425 degrees
turning wings half way through cooking time

Now in a bowl mix the vinegar 2nd jar of Buffalo sauce and spices (just like the first step) put to the side

after the wings come out of oven if the skin looks fatty take a frying pan melt the butter and put the wings in to get a little crisper as you finish crisping them dump the sauce mix in to heat it up and put in a serving dish, bowl and enjoy serve with celery and blue cheese dressing if you like

My co-worker always makes a big thing of Chilli.

We usually just have snacky type stuff. Sometimes we will have cheese, crackers and pepperroni, chips & dip, crescent rolls with mini hotdogs.

Sorry I didnt have any unique ideas

I plan on having mainly snack stuff. I am thinking cheese dip, hot dogs, pretzels, potato chips, corn chips, baked beans, beef stick, crackers, sliced cheese, and some kind of sweet thing that I haven't decided on yet.

I'm not a real football fan but we all used to get together for Superbowl (I dig the commercials, food and prizes at the different place we used to go to) Anyhow...I usually made this crowd pleaser recipe...huge hit and it disappears quickly!

Chicken Enchilada Dip

Ingredients

1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) jar mayonnaise
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers
1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place chicken breast halves on a medium baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven 20 minutes, or until no longer pink. Remove from heat, cool and shred.
Place shredded chicken in a medium bowl, and mix in cream cheese, mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese, green chile peppers and jalapeno pepper. Transfer the chicken mixture to a medium baking dish.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
I guess you could pretty much serve this with any type of chips or crackers. I personally think it goes best with Tostitos (the rounds, strips or the scoops)
