Whatever my mother is in the mood for! We have Christmas breakfast at DH's parent's house & Christmas dinner at my parent's house. We have done the following:

1. Traditional (for us): turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green peas, green beans, whole kernel corn, rolls, different desserts, with tea & soft drinks.

2. Breakfast: eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, milk, coffee

3. Sandwiches & chips

4. Finger foods

5. Chilli & sandwiches

Sad to say, I can't remember what we did last year. I guess I should take pictures of us sitting around the table so I can remember that type of thing. I'll try to remember to do that this year.

It seems like we have the same meal every christmas.
Breakfast, baked ommelete, fruit, pumpkin bread, juice coffee
Dinner, ham, baked macaroni and cheese, vegetables, dinner rolls, relish tray.
Dessert, assorted christmas cookies
we have cheese, crackers and pepperoni to snack on, or other appetizers, if anyoner is hungry later in the day.

We have the same thing with my family every Christmas:

Roasted Turkey
Mashed potatoes
gravy
scalloped corn
green bean casserole
stuffing
candied yams
baked beans
cranberry sauce (from the can so it has the handy cutting lines LOL)
burn and serve rolls
pumpkin pie
chocolate pie
banana pie (because my brother and I adore banana pie)

Yummers!! I'm starving now and it's only 9:45 am.

VeganChristmasBaby has shown a merry disposition
I think this year will include:

Country fried tofu and spiced gravy
Mashed potatoes
Vegan sausage and apple stuffing
Sweet potato casserole with vegan marshmellows
Some kind of yummy veggie side dish I haven't dreamed up yet
Pumpkin pie a la vegan
Christmas cookies

We'll see how much that changes as the holiday nears... I can't wait!

LOL - I'm in my 30's and I don't think there's been a Christmas yet where someone hasn't jumped up and said "oh no! The rolls!"
