Construction Paper

Hey does anyone know if you can buy pack's of construction paper in one color? If so I'd like to get a pack's of green, red and white to make a paper chain for my Christmas tree.

Remember making those in school? I'd make them at school then make more at home and have them stringing all through the house. Hahaha!

I'm not gonna make big link's .I think in school we cut the length of the paper and made that a link . I plan to cut each strip in half .

I would imagine you can but, it's been so long since I've even looked at construction paper that I don't know. Sorry. Good luck though.

Yes you can buy construction paper in single color packs. I buy them for my preschool class. I buy them at a teacher supply store, but you might be able to get them at an office supply store or craft store. I haven't checked anywhere but the teacher supply store because that is where my school has an account.

Yes I remember making them in school and I thought they were so pretty. LOL, one useful thing I learned in school and was able to use it in my adult life.

When my children were small I always made a chain for them to count the days until Christmas, when they got old enough they would make the chain. It was so much easier for them then telling them how many days. All they had to do was see the chain and how short it was getting. They now do it with their children.

They are also very pretty to make using pretty wrapping paper . Or even last year's Christmas cards.

I made one of those paper chains last year at the high school for my little tree. The students thought I was crazy, but they finally wanted to help me. This year I'll add links to my chain. Maybe I'll put their names on it just because.
