Halloween shows are their best...period...and the Thanx Giving ones rock too...cos it shows the stress that many...too many people put on themselves on days like that.....in the end...usually Jackie and Bev are crying and Roseanne is either screaming or throwing something over the entire table...hahaha
Yeah, those Thanksgiving ones remind me of anytime my mom hosts dinner. She always wants us to come up for dinner and then she gets herself all stressed out if it isn't just perfect or if it isn't done in time. I'm just like, 'Chill out! The president's not coming over, it's just us!' She sometimes gets so worked up that it ruins the whole day. It is stressful sometimes and I can so relate to those Thanksgiving ones with everyone getting all worked up. We never resort to throwing things or fighting but, sometimes you can cut the tension with a knife! Funny.
Actually yesterday they showed the first Thanks Giving episode of King of Queens..it´s from season one....It´s hilarious...it shows Doug, Carrie and Arthur going grocery shopping the day before Thanks Giving.....Carrie wants to buy ready to eat microwave meals....Arthur sees and talks her into cooking a full Thx Giving dinner herself....Turkey, stuffing and on....it´s very funny to see how desperate she becomes....even the beginning of this episodes on the parking lot is hilarious....so that was the first Thanks Giving part for some time
I think consistently "Home Improvement" had the best Christmas episodes. I think they did one every year and it seemed that they always went "all out" for their Christmas episodes and that always made them fun to watch.
I'd have to agree with this. Home Improvement Christmas shows were and still are always fun to watch
