I voted Twilight...partly because I LOVE the books and I'm really looking forward to the movie!! And partly because I really haven't heard of most of the other movies on the list...what rock have I been under?

I first became a fan of Will Eisner's The Spirit back when I was a kid, and Warren Publishing Co. was doing beautiful reprints of the comics from the late '40s and early '50s. I'm worried that the new movie The Spirit will look like the Batman movies: big, violent, soulless.

I want to see Four Christmases. I like Reese Witherspoon and Christmas so I think I might like it.

I am interested in seeing Twilight. I have not read the books, and I want to see how I like the movie before I read the book.

Ah, even more violent and more soulless.

The Spirit had whimsy, heart, and humor, amid the crime and film noir trappings. The annual Christmas stories were good enough to get their own collection. Maybe those qualities are lost on today's audiences.

Saw Madagascar 2 today with my daughter and nephew.
It's entertaining and the theatre was packed.
Ok, it's not a Christmas movie, but the fact that it's out in Nov may qualify it as a movie to see during the Holiday Season.

Looking foward to James Bond and Four Christmases.
Too bad they postoned Harry Potter.
