I live in a very small town, and we have to drive 30 minutes to the closest town that has a Wal-Mart or chain restaurants. There is a billboard on the highway that they haven't changed since the end of last year. It's a local store that was promoting it's Christmas line. It has a beautiful snowy, Christmas scene.

I look for that sign every time we go to Statesboro. I hope it stays up all year!

It's the gloomy, cold, snowy days WITHOUT outside decorations that get to me... but, oddly enough, there are PLENTY of slackers in my area who have not taken their's down yet.

I'm kinda looking forward to Easter right now...

Hollybaby has shown a merry disposition
I agree

We are starved of Christmas Movies in the UK, I do not know why there is not a TV station that play's wall to wall Christmas Movies so that you could be cheered up at any time.

I am going to buy a Christmas DVD this weekend. Have never seen 'It's a Wonderful Life' so might get that. Am I the only one who has never seen this?
