Around Thanksgiving look for Sirius XM to add a few Christmas Stations to both services.

Nope. No year round Christmas stations for XM or Sirius.

That's why if I was going to get any kind of on the go radio, the Slacker would be my choice. Slacker has several Christmas stations from which to choose, is automatically updated via wi-fi, and there is no subscription required.

I always play it via my MP3 player -- my music without commercials on the go non-stop. I have let my XM subscription lapse but I can recall not being impressed with their Christmas offering when they had it.

The very reason I don't even have a Slacker radio. My mp3 player fits my needs as well!

When XM Radio dropped the Special Xmas channel last year, it just meant the same ol', same ol' in terms of Christmas songs. Why bother?
