I'm adding Fall elements

I posted previously that I was going to try and enjoy Fall and even decorate for Fall.

Well so far I have a Fall wreath (bought at the $ Tree, a cute scarecrow figurine that my Aunt bought for me when she was here visiting. And today for the first time in my life, I actually bought some Fall placemats.

Wow, I've never had any Fall decorations. I'm really trying to like the cold temps, the spiders coming in the house, the bees driving me crazy when I'm outside, getting dark so early making the evenings so long and the leaves changing and falling making the trees so ugly all winter long. At least don't have to have the heat on and watch dollars go up the flu. Well, not yet but that is coming soon.

*walking away saying, I like Fall, I like Fall, I like Fall, I like Fall*

Fall and winter is when my electricity bill goes WAY DOWN! So it's my favorite time of year. I guess I should trade with you for one year so you could enjoy a mild winter and I can freeeeeze. It's still green here and high in the mid 80's, which is actually a cool down for us.

I hope the decorations keep you cheered up.

That is the part I love most about fall. I can open the windows and let the cool air in and I don't have to run the heat or AC. I have a few decorations that I put out for fall. I put a wreath on the door and a scare crow out front. I also have some grapevine pumpkins that I sit around inside and some placemats.

I have finally finished my decorating! I don't have a whole lot but it seems like to took me forever to do it! My 9 year old has been home sick as well since this past weekend so I had to take care of him too!

I understand how happy a fall wreath and placemat can make a person.
I'm so glad you have some fall decorations!
I put up a fall wreath I made some time ago, along with a few fallish colored candles, and I deep cleaned the house!
Enjoy!

Fall is my favorite season too. I've been living in the city for the past 5 years, so I never really decorated for fall. This is my first year in the suburbs and I can't wait to decorate!! I'm probably going to go to the dollar tree today.
