Family Photographs

Hello everyone

We are hoping to get our first picture of our whole family hopefully in December by a local photographer, i am so excited, but i can not make up my mind if i want a natural look of a photo, or really dressed up (a christmas feel about the picture) or not!!

If anyone here is getting pictures taken, or if you think a dress up or natural look of a photo would be best, please say lol!, i am really in two minds about it.

Thanks if anyone can reply.

O also, i wanted to put up a siggy, but i am not sure if it is the right code i am putting up, or if it is possible to put it on.

This is the one i want to put up

We have done both the natural look and the dressed up look. Loved them both, but preferred the natural.

I am having a Christmas one done with the kids this year in front of our Christmas tree because we want to include our cats in this one. I have a camera with a self timer so it should be easy to do. (I hope)

I enjoyed the link to your slide show. You have some pretty stuff and that cute dog of yours sure loves the stairs!

I think it's great to include your pets, they are family!

Will the shoot be in a studio or on location? Many photographers allow for outfit changes so maybe you can do both!

I have always loved a more natural look to family photos.

Thanks everyone, i am needing to go in and see the photographer to get a little more information, i would be absolutely delighted if we could get a change if clothes through it. We did have lovely family pics of my husband my middle and eldest child and myself, but now we have our youngest, i just can not wait to get our photo taken

We have cats to, i would love for them to be in the picture with us, but if it is possible for the photographer to come out, that would be fantastic!!.

Hope your all well, thanks again xx

We are doing family pics in 2 weeks with my hubby's family - 18 people total! I like the natural look - everyone looks more....NATURAL! Ha ha!!! We are all wearing blue & brown, taking some outside pics & some inside! I'm pretty excited!!
