All kidding aside, you have quite the full plate and every bit of it sounds so fantastic!
I am starting to plan as plays and concerts are beginning to be announced. Ticket sales tomorrow for the Milwaukee Rep Production of "A Christmas Carol". Think I might have to go for it!
coffee, coffee, coffee!!! that should keep me up and awake, either that or the baby can just go and live with my mum until christmas eve - lol!!!!

solice - i hold the party in december every year, it's for the kids but a few of the adults come over too. it's just party food, christmas music and a few games.

I don't have anything planned as far as outings or new traditions. But I do look forward to spending my first Christmas in my new house with my new husband. I look forward to watching Christmas movies with only the glow of the fire and Christmas lights around me. I also look forward to a new kind of Christmas morning. I'm so used to Christmas morning with my parents, grandparents, and siblings. This Chirstmas morning will be just me and the hubby.

JOHNOR, your Christmas plans sound wonderful!

As I have done the past few years, less is more!

1. Fantasy of Trees on Black Friday with DD & my mom
2. Downtown Christmas x 2 (town where I work & my hometown)---maybe
3. Christmas parade in town where we live
4. Dixie Stampede for our anniversary
5. Daycare Christmas activities (usually take two or three afternoons off from work for these)
6. DD's Christmas pictures & pictures with my nieces
7. Countdown to Christmas every night in December with DD.
8. Decorating our home and tree(s)
9. Lots of Christmas movies & music at home with DD. DH will join us to watch White Christmas & Christmas Vacation!
10. DD in church Christmas play---maybe

I hope to relax and enjoy the season instead of running around like a crazy person. Even if it takes more than one day to decorate the tree(s) at home. If I don't enjoy something, I'm not going to make myself do it. Life (and Christmas season) is too short!!

Even with 10 things on my current list, I used to do lots more!

i am just starting to set up our calendar

we are taking my husband's parents, his brother and his girl friend all out for dinner.

i am calling the salvation army this week to set up our volunteering efforts for the bell ringing.

we have tickets to the nutcracker.

we have our reservations to go up to the north woods for new year's.

so right now i am planning all of our other traditions, like the christkindlmarket and baking and going to visit all of our friends.
